Before starting your ski vacation, make sure you have proper insurance.
Count on Carré Neige, leading insurance specialist for vacations in the mountains.
In case of accident, you are covered for:
- ► costs of localization, rescue and first transportation
- ► medical expenses and repatriation to your home, if necessary
- ► reimbursement of non-utilized passes (in certain cases)
Remember to purchase your Carré Neige when you buy your ski pass.

- For delivery of a duplicate ski pass in case you lose your ski card:
- write down the numbers of your ski cards and keep them in a separate place; you will need them in case you lose your ski pass (for a minimum two-day period).
- Go to a sales office before 3:30 pm with the number of your lost ski card. A duplicate will be delivered starting from the following morning.
